Held every Monday from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at different locations throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan Area, the sessions focus on real-world solutions for career growth, leadership development, business strategy, and professional networking.

Youth Career & Entrepreneurship Training Program (Ages 13–18)
Business Boot Camp is a high-impact, hands-on training program designed to prepare the next generation of professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs. This structured program equips youth with real-world skills in career readiness, business development, financial literacy, and professional behavior.
Unlike traditional classroom learning, Business Boot Camp focuses on practical application, helping participants build confidence, develop leadership abilities, and understand what it takes to succeed in today’s workforce and business environment.
Program Overview
This 6-week program provides interactive, instructor-led sessions where students actively engage in discussions, team activities, and real-world simulations.
Participants will learn how to:
Present themselves professionally in any environment
Understand workplace expectations and employment etiquette
Develop and present business ideas
Build financial literacy skills (budgeting, saving, money management)
Strengthen communication, leadership, and teamwork
