Hiring Beyond Statistics (HBS2) is a minority-owned Career Coaching, Consulting, and Business Solutions provider established in 2015. We began by delivering staffing and workforce support solutions to start-up and small businesses in the St. Louis County area, helping employers meet immediate hiring needs through job posting, resume review, and candidate screening. We also supported business growth through marketing and advertising print materials.

Since our inception, HBS2 has expanded its reach and continues to provide practical business and workforce solutions to organizations throughout Missouri and Ohio. Our services now include recruitment consulting, workforce strategy guidance, and operational support for small and growing businesses.

In 2022, we expanded into career coaching and professional development services for individuals seeking meaningful employment and career direction. We guide clients in securing quality employment and discovering purpose in their career paths through coaching in human resource practices, workplace etiquette, career selection, and business management fundamentals.

Career Coaching/Consulting

Our certified career coaches help clients identify, secure, and create ideal career opportunities. We support career advancement through role and industry exploration, resume and interview coaching, professional goal setting, accountability support, and career strategy consulting.
