All guidance, strategies, and recommendations provided by HBS2 (Hiring Beyond Statistics) are intended for educational and professional development purposes to support clients in pursuing their career, business, and workforce goals.

Participation in any coaching, consulting, or recruitment program does not guarantee specific employment, business, or income outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, qualifications, and other external factors.

HBS2 and its affiliates do not guarantee job placement or employment offers. Any employment relationships that result from recruitment activities are established solely between the employer and candidate and may be ended at any time in accordance with applicable laws and employer policies.

Deposits are required for Coaching and Consulting Services. Deposits are refundable with advance cancellation notice, subject to the terms outlined in the individual service agreement.

Full Terms and Conditions are provided within each client service agreement and must be reviewed and accepted prior to the start of services.
