  • Workforce Reentry

    We know that those who have been excluded from society for long periods of time do not fully understand what is expected of them upon re-entering.  Some may not know where or even how to begin a job search, what jobs they should apply for, or even how to apply and interview. We cover the basics of all these re-entry needs in a 5hr session.

    This session will provide the tools needed to get back into the workforce. Touching on areas of Interview Etiquette, Choosing the Right Career, and Accurately Completing a Job Application

    This session is not limited to, but best utilized by the following:

    ·        Prisoners Being Released Soon

    ·        Detention Centers

    ·        Adult Rehabilitation Centers

    ·        Community Resource Centers

    This is a two-part session.  Each session lasts 2.5 hours.

  • Business Management

    This session prevents toxic work environments, through strategic exercises and an open communication approach. We assist businesses with creating and maintaining a positive work culture while reducing high turnover.

    This session is not limited to, but best utilized by the following:

    ·        Newly promoted managers, supervisors and team leaders

    ·        Human Resource Generalist

    ·        Recruiters

    ·        Small Business Owners

    This is a five-part session.  Each session lasts 1 hour.

  • Choosing the Right Career

    This session will help you discover your passion and apply skills that you naturally master towards the career of your dreams.

    This session is not limited to, but best utilized by the following:

    ·        Stay-at-home moms or dads that are ready to go back to work

    ·        Adults who change jobs often

    ·        Anyone experiencing burnout from their current occupation

    This is a two-part session.  Each session lasts 2.5 hours.  

  • General HR Advice

    Get general, non-job specific, and non-legal HR advice. Speak with a Human Resource Professional regarding common workplace issues, vent, and troubleshoot BEFORE heading to your company’s HR department.

    This session is not limited to, but best utilized by the following:

    • Employees who are not sure how to approach a certain job-related situation

    • Employees needing to hear an objective response to a workplace dilemma  

    This is a two-part session.  Each session lasts 1 hour.

  • Create a Business Plan

    Description goes hereThis session covers the entrepreneurial basics.  Such as how to get into the capitalist mindset while creating a plan that emphasizes natural talents and skill sets.  

    This session is not limited to, but best utilized by the following:

    •           Retired employees

    •           Recent high school graduates

    •           Job Hoppers

     This is a five-part session.  Each session lasts 1 hour.

  • Interview Etiquette

    Description goes hereThis session covers common and not so common interviews with Do’s & Taboo’s. Such as how to answer certain interview questions, what not to wear and other interesting interview practices.

    This session is not limited to, but best utilized by the following:

    •           High School Students

    •           Those re-entering the workforce

    This is a 1-part session lasting 1hour.

  • Workplace Etiquette

    This session covers common and not so common workplace with Do’s & Taboo’s. Such as “Work Husbands & Wives,” gossiping, and other interesting workplace practices.

    This session is not limited to, but best utilized by the following:

    •           High School Students

    •           Those re-entering the workforce

    •           Current employees who need a friendly reminder of how to conduct themselves at work

    This is a 1-part session lasting 1hour.
